Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the VoxaFlow platform, available at voxaflow.app, operated by VoxaFlow, a company based in Madrid, Spain (the “Provider”).

VoxaFlow is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product for AI-powered analysis of e-commerce customer feedback.

2. Acceptance

By signing up to VoxaFlow you fully accept these Terms. The Provider reserves the right to update them at any time and will notify users by email of any substantial change.

3. Service description

VoxaFlow offers:

  • Import and analysis of customer-feedback CSV files
  • Automated monitoring of stores (Shopify, Trustpilot) via their APIs
  • AI-generated analysis reports
  • Email recaps on each monitoring cycle
  • PDF report export

4. Plans and pricing

VoxaFlow offers the following plans:

  • Free — Free, 3 test analyses, limited features
  • Starter — €59/month, 10 analyses, 1 source, PDF export
  • Growth — €119/month, 50 analyses, 3 sources, auto monitoring (7d)
  • Pro — €249/month, unlimited analyses, unlimited sources, auto monitoring (3d)

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled through the customer portal.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed with the user’s express consent before the legal withdrawal period ends.

The user may cancel the subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Liability

VoxaFlow provides automated AI analysis for informational purposes. The results do not constitute commercial advice and the Provider does not guarantee their accuracy.

The Provider cannot be held liable for any commercial decision taken based on the analyses provided.

7. Intellectual property

All VoxaFlow content (code, design, copy, logos) is the property of the Provider. Generated analyses belong to the user.

8. Data protection

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time from the Settings page (Danger Zone). Deletion is irreversible and erases all associated data.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
